I did not have any Plum Sauce so I used Pineapple sauce instead and they turned out very nice. Christmas Day Lunch! Thank you, everyone loves it.

I make the same thing but with fish sauce. And I cook the chicken completely in the sauce for 30-45 minutes. My Viet wife likes them fried up first thou like in this video lol. Anywho cool video, i want to try that plum sauce!!
