When I spray my pans, I open the dishwasher and put the pans in the door and spray. Any over spray that gets on the door, gets washed the next time I run the dishwasher. I forget where I read about this, but it works great.

TGIF friends, life is great...earlier this week my oven which is an older roper stove, around 1949- 52 model stopped heating up to temp, i panicked cause we couldnt find anyone capable of working on one that old until a older man told us who to call and a young guy came that learned from his daddy and fixed it in one house call and it didnt cost alot...my prayers were answered cause i love my stove like a family member...anyway i cooked a roast with all veggies today and it works better than ever...im really in the baking mood now..i think that zucchini bread is on my list...it looks delicious Leslie..thank u for all ur wonderful videos..dont let anyone get u down...we love and appreciate u too.😘🙏❤🙏🙏

the sugar makes the cookies spread more..try use equal amount sugar and brown sugar...also u can add 1 tsp of corn starch it will help with spreading......happy baking

If you have the small & the medium Pampered Chef scoops, they are approximately 1 Tbsp. (sm.) & approximately 2 Tbsp. (med.); we have a large & an extra large scoop now too (& they are approximately 3 Tbsp. & 4 Tbsp.).

If you are talking about thickening it up a little then i would take out a little bit of the juice (1/2 cup and add in a heaping tablespoon of corn starch, mix it up really good and then pour it back in and turn the heat up until it thickens. I hope this helps.

Have you ever tried toasting your oats before putting them in a cookie recipe? It gives them a nutty flavor that really adds a depth to things, in my opinion. I think you should try it.

I have always tweaked recipes to our taste, maybe that's partially where my bad habit of never really following recipes came from! When I was young I chewed at Grams for never using a recipe because it was hard to write down "enough of that until the consistency is right or, you know, enough of this or that to make the color pretty, how much of this you like", etc... The day a girlfriend was learning a recipe from me & said, DON'T YOU EVER MEASURE ANYTHING??? I beat feet to Grams' house & ran in saying I did it, I did it, I did it, I'm a good cook now, I turned into you!! All these years later I remember her saying You always have been a good cook, but do you want to explain the rest? Leslie, that was over 40 years ago & I can still remember her laugh! I've always used my old salad shooter to shred zucchini into Ziplock bags for the freezer. Then I can make the bread all year!
