My mom use to make a sweet macoroni salad, her potatoe salad was always a little sweet too....My mom use to put sweet relish in hers I never heard of that milk in it but sounds good I can't wait to make my ham and side dishes . And most importantly celebrating our Jesus rising from the dead.....

Sweet macaroni salad is almost a staple here too. Especially in the summer with potato salad. Never heard of putting Eagle Brand milk in a macaroni salad. I am sure it is delicious! I bought those shredded carrots for carrot cake. They didn't get tender so I went back to shredding my own. You're are genius to put them in a small food processor!! Got a new idea plus a new recipe. Yes, you can leave out the extra sugar. It is just to balance the taste of the vinegar so you may want to reduce the vinegar also. I hope that you enjoy it. We were very pleased with it .
