This is a large hard bread with sweet potatoes and walnuts rolled into a whole wheat aged dough.
The slowly fermented aged dough is baked at a high temperature to create a delicious chewy bread dough.
It is also my favorite because of the luxuriously large sweet potatoes.

Sweet Potato and Walnut Aged Bread
(Ingredients) For 1 loaf
250g strong flour
50g whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon sugar (3g)
1 teaspoon (5g) salt
1/4 teaspoon (1g) dry yeast
240g lukewarm water
300g sweet potato
60g walnuts
4 tablespoons white sesame seeds
Bake in a preheated oven at 220℃ for 25 minutes
