Yes, definitely! Our chefs think you can omit it from the recipe if necessary.

So sorry for the confusion! For this recipe, use 1 cup of melted butter. I will update the recipe in the description. Have a wonderful day!

Tried twice using his procedure and ingredient list (including the 1 cup of melted butter that he left out). I could not get this to work. Sweet potato mixture came out soupy.
