I love this. Yours look delicious. My neighbour who is white, loves this instead of shop bought ones. It's often baked instead of boiled. However, that is tedious. Your recipe has ginger yummy. I wonder how that would taste. I'm not a fan of the other spices except nutmeg. I would try yours though. You're my go to to please my brain.♥️🌹😝

Hi Ash, can you use Basmati rice for this recipe, looks delish. I have never had it with powder milk, does it give it a powdery under taste?

Hi yes u can use basmati rice , just adjust the water amount I would say start off with 1 1/2 cups of water , powder milk just add to the creaminess and help with texture, u wouldn’t even know if it’s in the sweet rice 😍
