It looks like feeding your family all the good things gives you so much pleasure. It's a lovely feeling to nourish your family well. I remember what that was like & still do to an extent. My husband has passed away & my children are grown but not quite left home but I still enjoy making sure they are well nourished & well loved. Being a mum is a very important privilege that is not valued so much today but I'm glad my children & I value it very much. ❤

2 salads are my favorite right now. One is grilled chicken with strawberries, mandarin oranges, mixed greens, candied pecans and balsamic vinaigrette dressing. the other one we make a wrap with. Grilled chicken, mixed greens, dried cranberries, slivered almonds, fresh parm and honey mustard dressing. We put this in a wrap and my whole family loves it. I take the left over salad for lunch.

Hello Steph, I have never commented on your videos, but I watched a fair amount of them. I adore watching you serving your family 🤗 and am in awe how beautifully you portray the joys of being a homemaker (with its ups and downs). Oh my goodness, when you said Roll Kuchen the first time I was immediately alerted: what did she say? And then I saw what you proceeded doing...I almost screamed: faworki! which is most known as angel wings. They are very popular in Poland during the carnival time. I remember my mom and my grandma preparing them for the Shrove Tuesday (before Ash Wednesday).
