Just wondering which size did you go with the Marlow dress?

We take our Christmas decorations down by 12th night, which is the 12th night after Christmas. It is considered bad luck to leave them up past this point. I am in the UK and this is fairly common practice. I don't know anyone with decorations still up.

My tree is still up 😂 but it’s summer here in Australia. I have removed the decorations and left the star and lights 🥰

The clothes look pretty on you but if you are 5'7" and wearing a small, these would not be close to fitting for me. I am 5'4" and 110 lbs. I don't think even an extra small would fit. By the way, I saw your wooden cutting boards. Do you still like wooden? There are so many advertisements now telling me I have to use stainless to avoid food contamination. What do you think? I can't decide if that is true or just a sales tactic.

Try hydrogen peroxide for the blood! That was my midwife's tip after my homebirths and it easily got the blood out of everything! :)

Where on earth did you get that amazing wooden spoon you mixed the chicken salad with? Love the thickness of it! My son is in a wood turning class for a second semester and he mentioned making a spoon or two that I could use in kitchen. And THAT spoon is the inspiration I want to give him!

My “Christmas” is down (gone is red) and replaced/supplemented with generic “Winter” (snow, pine, deep green, brown and beige)….I enjoy this so much through St.Patrick’s Day. Spring/Easter follows. It is only my husband and I left at home. We still enjoy it so much and so do visitors and grandkids. PS…..a heartbeat at 9 weeks…a FACT…..too often ignored or purposely denied ❤️‍🩹😢

Hi Steph What do you do with the freeze dried orange slices? Just snack on them? I don't think my family would like the texture of that. some things I prefer to be dehydrated. Like apples and bananas. 😀

My kids love when we change out the decorations. Love the New Flora line! I have quilts from my great grandmother, grandmother, and mom. One came on a covered wagon when my ancestors came to Texas, I also have the trunk that my great grandfather made and was on the wagon as well.

Enjoyed your video. I generally leave our tree up until epiphany/Women’s Christmas which is Jan 6th. Then I go thru my totes and see what I can donate before putting them back on the shelves. I leave the white twinkle lights on the mantle because it really adds to the outside darkness. Then I do a full deep cleaning of the whole house since we host a large family Christmas dinner/gift exchange with many littles/middles/teens and the house gets a bit messy. That generally holds me over until spring cleaning before life moves outside.

I meant to reply last Monday when I saw your video and I have been busy. For your bread, if you're looking for a fluffier whole wheat bread, look into using a dough enhancer. I have been buying wheat and grinding it for years and I have good results with using a dough enhancer or substituting some of the flour in the recipe with 3/4 cup of flour from the store. Disclaimer: I don't make bread as much as I use to.

Lovely Neuflora collection for January, but maybe most of that is due to the model! 😉😉 And yes, my Christmas decor is still up, and will probably be up through the middle of February, or whenever it is convenient for my son to get it to the storage shed. Central PA can have a lot of sloppy weather that we;d rather not work in if we don't have to!
