Hi Chang, so many brand, which one you wanna know? BTW, some of them don't have a brand name. You pour some boiling water into a wash tray, and the butter will wash off immediately. Or You can immerse the bowls in the hot water for a while, then add some cleaner to wash it. hot water removes dirt, oily materials (butter in this case) easily. 😊

Hello there, In the video, we use a small one, diameter is 7.5cm, can make two. 8oz ramekin, dia=9cm. Speed is medium 😊
Sorry that I can’t read Chinese. When baking what’s the setting for my oven? 200 C top & bottom heat or just top heat? With or without fan? Place in the middle rack? Tq very much.

I use convection oven with fan. If your oven is conventional, you can add extra baking time. My sister has a conventional one, she always spent more baking time than I, if we bake the same cake. It may take some trial and error to figure out the baking time.:-)
