Another note: Bloat can be a sign of a deeper issue, so be sure to visit a doctor to make sure you don't have any lurking health issues (for example pcos) causing the bloat.
In my years of dealing with bloat I've become a sort of expert on how to eliminate it in myself. It's all about maintaining a healthy lifestyle that includes regular exercise and daily physical activity, nutritious whole foods, fiber, lots of water, and anti-bloating spices. Keeping a food journal can help you narrow down on foods that may be triggering your bloat, so make sure to try that for at least 7 days. It really does help.
