It has always been my dream to be in the military but it just breaks my heart that i can't, cuz no one knows when the program will open again.😰people like guys keep me motivated tho. Whoa just read the description and you're in Fort Eustis my mom (before she retired) use to go back and forth there. She worked in Fort Story but after the Navy kinda took over she went to Eustis quite often. Lol sorry I might sound too excited but it's just like a blast from the past VA was a big part of my childhood.

Hey girlie, my daughters mos is 68E dental specialist. Her AIT is 8 weeks the second one is 17 weeks. And yes she will be able to work as a civilian but will have to register in whatever state she works in.

Alisha Kelly Once you turn 18 it's you're decision, not there's. My parents wanted me to go National Guard but once I turned 18 I decided I want to go active duty.

I have a question. so if I do active duty can I still go to school? Or do i have to do reserves to go to school. I want to be a registered nurse in the military, so do you suggest me going into reserves? Or active duty?

Well this may be a year too late lol. But active duty is the way to go if you wanna be a RN!!! You enlist as a 68C(LPN) then you commission as an officer and become a 68H(RN). BEST PART OF ALL! You get paid through all this schooling, but you ain't paying for school 😎
