I was at 65kg 162cm (the pandemic hit in 2020 March globally) so, it just took me 2 weeks back then from 58kg went up to 65kg (I was on online classes, so eat carelessly). I was so doomed and felt backpain after that. It was so uncomfortable. Then I start diet on 1st April 2020 till June July and I did get 55kg. I'm so happyyy. I ate clean and exercise and I continue to eat healthy foods till I get 50kg and now I'm maintaining my body at 50kg-52kg (it goes up and down between 50kg-52kg becuz I ate mixed/cooked foods. Can't really find fresh or raw foods inside my college) Most important in weightloss journey is just make sure your plate is balanced. Check your plate! balanced protein, more fiber, less carbo. It's wayy good to go. ๐ Eat more fruits/vegetables and Don't skip carbo. not to forget you should exercise too!
