Could it be that they can hear the owls? Well, they are certainly letting others know their nest is off limits. I'm so proud of these two. 🤗❤🦅

It was so nice to see Both M15 and F23 spending the night 🌙 in the nest tree 🌳 together ❤... Serap Mehmet. YW 🙂. It was good to see both roost in the nest tree. I am not a big fan of the night flying, with all of the power lines. F23 laid eggs first last season, so hopefully it will be the same this season, and folks won’t have to worry so much. I pray they all stay safe. 🙏🏻💙

Was beautiful to see them silhouetted together on the attic from the pond cam. Hopefully our owls are looking seriously at another nest; not as close to M’s. Am I correct that last season the owls laid eggs Before F23? I may be mistaken. Thank you so very much Androcat.💙🦅🦉💙

@PriscillaD225. YW 🙂. We have documented the last four seasons of the owls nesting, so we know Mama owl has laid eggs shortly after Harriet, then F23, for those four seasons.

Interesting & thanks for the video Androcat made me laugh at first, like kids out late hollering it up. But wonder if they get spooked or disturbed at the other roosting spot for the evening then come here. Idk lol just nice to see them ❤

Thank you Androcat for this awesome night nest visit video. Isn’t it u usual for them to be out in the nest at night like this or no? I think they knew that the Owls were out in full force and wanted to be in the nest again? I really believe that they do watch the Owls and they know that the Owls are in their nest at night and are wanting to let the Owls know they mean business and they will not give up their nest to anyone too. Eagles aren’t to be messing with cause I think if they have to, they will definitely go after the Owls and try to hurt them. Thanks again and God bless and have an awesome day. Sue M. @susanmorris5520. YW 🙂. Only M15 and F23 know why they flew in at night. The owls in the area are definitely a possibility. So are other eagles roosting in the area. We will have to watch and see what happens with the owls. The last four seasons, we know the eagles laid eggs first. Eagles may try to oust an owl incubating in their nest, which we have seen happen, or they may simply build another nest. I know it is easier said than done, but try not to worry about it. I pray F23 lays first, as she did last season, and I want all of them to remain safe. 🙏🏻💙

@@androcat12 Hi Androcat ❤️🙏🌴. I do thank you for explaining your views of M&F and their ways of doing things. I have also learned for sure to “Trust the Eagles” in no matter what they do. I’m not too worried about it cause I feel that F23 will not allow anyone to take their nest and M15 is just as much of a fighter as F23 is so, all will be fine and I’m still excited for this season and also egg laying. But however, with the Winter supposedly gonna be warmer then usual for us, I hope the eggs will be able to hatch normal and nothing wrong happens.
