Tennis Channel you do yourself no justice by rebroadcasting that clip of her crying. ESPN was wrong to broadcast and so are you to replicate it. Poor form from you.

Yes, the season is too long, the time between tournaments doesn’t exist. Too many mandatories, too many crazy night matches. It’s affecting the athletes’ health and their performance. Rework the WTA schedule now - give them more offseason time too. Get rid of the Middle East and China events until those countries human rights records improve. Cut down on travel time by keeping all the American and all the European events together on the calendar. Play Australia and then Tokyo and any other “Austro-Asian” events, all in one swing. Give the players a week or two between the three “swings” and push the pay farther down the ladder so that non-rich players can actually compete.

Being close to professionals, ATP & WTA should keep mandatory GS and M1000 only (I would even require only 7 or 8 per the total of 9). The points distribution could be a bit less steep towards the very deep rounds so that you can not get away with just great 3/4 weeks a year. That being the case would let players the need to play more than just that but letting them space

First of all, the match was ARRANGED (the quarter final match, females), like the US Open 2021, the AUS Open 2023, the US Open 2023, the AUS Open 2024, and now the US Open 2024, so the real number 1 could've been crying because "someone" before the match told her something like "we have someone else in our minds to win this US Open", cause "suddenly" she plays not like herself, AND IT TELLS, like in 2023, she has to lowen her level in incredible ways to let her opponent have a chance against her, she's playing in the WORST ERA, where TALENT IS DISCRIMINATED, where you only win because of your skin color or because of a tomboy behaviour, or even how sexualized players are, MEDIA DOESN' LIKE HER (INCLUDING YOUR CHANNEL), youtube videos not even say her name or they just spell it in order to make her not promoted by the algorythm (YES, IT WORKS THAT WAY ALSO), you even prefere to promote CHEATERS (past champions who used steroids) INSTEAD OF PROMOTING TALENT AND HARD WORK, SINCE THAT YOU STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE IN FRONT OF A TALENT NEVER SEEN BEFORE, AND THE CORRUPTION IN TENNIS AND MEDIA ARE DOING EVERYTHING TO COVER IT, SHE HAS MORE FANS THAN YOU'LL EVER ADMIT, SO DON'T UNDERSTIMATE US FANS AROUND THE GLOBE, STOP RUINING HER CAREER, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
