The low head position is obviously very efficient but I can't see how you get a breath with your mouth several inches below the waterline when you turn your head. Is there really a trough that deep?

Perfect two beat kick. I always wanted to be able to do that. The stroke technique must be very good if he only needs such a small kick to stabilise the body
@ebehdzikraa38554 жыл бұрын
if you are stable enough, you don't need any kick to stabilize your body. The kick purpose is to help quick body rotation

I think the height of the swimmer affects the number of strokes. Someone who is 160cm tall will need to make more strokes than a person 190cm tall. What do you think?

12 x 1.4 = 16.8 Plus 3s push off = 19.8 s from start push off to touching other end (still fast by my standards) 12 x 1.0 = 12 plus 3s push off = 15 s

Dear Shinji, could you please answer two questions? 1. Your leading arm seems parallel to the water surface but TI teaches to keep it at an angle. Why did you decide to change this? 2. Why do your legs float up after you push? How do you do it? Mine are always sinking down...

what I find intriguing is the 4 stroke breathing. How do you keep the CO2 down? I am trying to learn the 4 stroke method myself.

In my style, kicking is used as support to extend the inserted hand. It adds more acceleration.

Yes. If you breathe often, you cannot exhale enough, so you cannot inhale enough. I used to use 2 stroke breathing when I want to increase my speed.
