It’s definitely too advanced. I’ve been swimming in college for a year and have only started to do split focused swimming in college. The video is still good to learn a lot of other stuff tho

Habit. Doing something different requires thinking and thinking burns calories and you need every spare calorie to get through the workout. Don’t think, just do.

Some of those girls have been swimming 15+ years I bet…of circle swimming every practice. Brain just doesn’t know any different
