I'm 20 now, but I remember watching this so many times as a child. It was on one of those "over 50 hours of classics!" Cheap Multi DVD packs. I loved this movie and the story was seemingly so dreamy. What 10 year old me knew about getting evicted and process serving, I have no idea 😂.

Gale Storm is simply drop dead gorgeous! Is wish I had a time machine. I would have loved to have grown up in that era when women were polite, faithfully committed to their husband's/boyfriends for the most part, and had wonderful music. I'm a 31 yr old male trapped in the wrong present era.

I agree, women during most of the 20th century were truly beautiful. I also think women were funnier in the 20th century since they did more slapstick at that time (and very good slapstick) than any of the boring modern female comedians.
