Coach your videos are so good! I really love the soviet style boxing using a high guard. Would you consider doing a video on this style?

@@bambaraboxing so me n a gymmate did this today. at the end of the session(after doing ur video). we did one person jabs while the other one tries to time it and counter by stepping into middle distance ex: p1 jabs p2 tries to get timing and slips/ducks/parries and steps in with shot to body for counter after we did 2 rounds of light sparring: only using jab, right hook and right upper as attacks. then after 2 rounds of light sparrinf:only jab and left upper and and left hook then after just 1 round of jabs and any middle distance tool (i was dead by the end i had a cramp in my calf that lasted 7 mins no joke) thank u coach

Great video coach also cool to see you using the d'amato number system my coach also uses this odds left evens right with variations on the types of shots ie a jab at different angles and thrown in different ways etc. Really enjoy these videos you've captured my curiosity going to look into your lane theory a bit more!. Again I hope you continue these videos they are a great help and it's great to see you doing your thing. Keep it up! love seeing the passion seriously means a lot. Wondering who your top 5 favourite fighters are also?

Love the part about bracing for impact while blocking shots, I have the issue of stepping a few times off balance when blocking a punch. Any kind of drills I can do to practice this if I don't have a partner?
@bambaraboxingАй бұрын
@@Jerry-vg2sm hard without a partner, but if you're just training your body for this kind of situation then palloff press and neck exercises are your best bet 👊
