Absolutely right. ONE of the main problems today is actually listening to the negativity directed at YOU when you tell them about change OR improving yourself. We NEED to STOP listening to others stat focused and do what we really want to do. WELL DONE GUYS. Keep up the good work.

How did you break out of it?
@CharliStar
@CharliStar 2 жыл бұрын
@@HaninAb it took time and a lot of hard work… but the exercise she talks about is actually really helpful… as soon as you realise that you are going down that dark pathway with your thoughts - you need to stop yourself then think of something positive to do with the situation your brain is going off on one about… even if it is just something very small that’s positive… the more you practice finding the positives, the easier they become to find.. the more you notice when your brain is going off on one, the better you will get at noticing when it happens, and then you will get better at fighting back against it, and that too will become easier in time… I hope this helps 🫶🏻

Wake up early, get out of bed, and put down social media. Step outside, and rub some miles while listening to motivation speeches. You’ll thank me later.

Listening to motivation speeches in succession is bad advice. Your brain switches off to move forward cause you train the brain that it accomplish something when you didn't do anything yet. One is good enough and just do, take action.

Our default mode network is often self-deprecating as a self defence mechanism. Ironically this can often leave us in a worse state than if we were to take action, so don't be afraid to take action.

Law of Attraction was the best thing ever introduced to me by a friend. It's been years since I've got in control of my thoughts and have continued to be blessed cause I'm in control of my thoughts. When you're always positive the right people gravitate towards you as well. Nothing is a coincidence everything that happens we attract.

Thanks for the direction. NOW ! What do I want to consciously “Think” ? Deliberately! Think. What do I want to come out of auto pilot ....And deliberately think ? “( FINISH IT ) AND GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD” One. Great video, I've lived in default mode for so many years not knowing how or having the mind-set to even want to correct the way I think having suffered with depression, it's only been recently I've started to give it a go but cos it's been so long I'm finding it hard to figure out how and where to start, having videos like this one too watch and follow makes it so much easier so thank you. I can see a lot of people who in the same position as me benefit from videos like this one. 👍

Life is a journey not a destination, so forget goals as things to attain and enjoy every step of the process. How? Stop think what am I doing right now! And answer yourself even if the answer is I am picking up the phone to call.... Then think what do I need to be happy right now? Realise how simple it is to choose to be happy now. You might even want to smile 😀. Do this and hold the feeling for as long as possible. Do this 20 times a day and each time hold it a little longer. You will be out of default mode in a week to a month. It really is this simple! Now just enjoy doing this!

also pay attention to memories. I find that negative thoughts begin like little seed memories. you can start to see them emerge and how your brain takes them and runs, forming arguments and rationalizations for and against the past. Just see the memory and write it down, take note of it and say, "Not right now" this has no actionable outcome. and then move on. doing this has helped me get out of those sneaky ruts, or cycles of thought that don't help in any way.

This is my X-wife. Finally after 6 kids 4 being twins and 23 years later I couldn't do it anymore. It was so weird we weren't even mad at each other. One Saturday morning I woke up and was done it was weird cause I knew without a doubt I was done and couldn't do this anymore. I've always been very happy and positive about life I guess you could say I'm a see the glass as half full not empty so with all her negativness and negative energy I remained still happy positive and upbeat. I gave her everything house cars furniture and paid her $461.54 a week child support for 3 kids and even the tax debt we had and still was happy and felt like I had control of my life again. She started controlling me with anger and crying 6 months after we got together and it only took me twenty and a half years to figure it out and another 2 and a 1/2 to leave her. So glad it's all behind me now and she still is as negative as ever and has tried to get our children to hate me but its backfired on her.

Im confused, because as an obsessive person that has been overthinking every second of my life, I somehow believe that the "autopilot" is what i am seeking for. Maybe i am referring to a different concept. But im actually unhappy because i live in this unhealthy consciousness where I am thinking too much about everything i do. "Autopilot" not in a non-reflexive behaviour but in a flawless vibe, looks like a good way to be connected with things. Actually, as more connected you are with something, less conscious you are. In terms that being conscious means that you are investing energy and focus on overviewing yourself. My goal is to be absolutely involved on what im doing since i haven t being able to do as my thoughts tend to lead me to other places.
