this bike needs some crash protection, be an expensive drop! i got the kickstand foot from SwMotech, the foot on the stand is a tad small

Just wondered if you have any regrets about switching from the Beemer to the KTM? I'm kind of torn between the 2, but need something the wife can ride pillion on. My Fireblade is my track bike, seems i have drifted away from the biking scene in recent years and want to fall back in love with the whole 2 wheel thing again ,which i have been into since I was 14......now 52! Great videos...keep them coming.

No regret, Loving the KTM! The Beemer was more comfortable with a pillion, but I hardly ride 2 up so made the decision easier. The engine on the KTM is amazing

The skid plate does cover the front drain plug, you could still get to it but might make the job a tad messy. Better to remove the skid plate I would say

Looking to do one soon yes. It's not due a service at the dealer for another 6000km, but I like to change the oil sooner.

TheLikeableRider do you know what break in (run in) oil that was used? I don’t think they use synthetic to break in the motor. But I really don’t know. Thanks
