Today we will make a delicious stew for jars. It is always good to have one on hand, cooked three times by tyndalizing so it does not have to be in the refrigerator and is good to eat for many months. Just open the jar and heat it up, or put the meat on sandwiches. Ingredients: (for 7 liter jars)
4 kg pork shoulder (you can also use ham or neck)
about 600 g of steamed smoked bacon
3 tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons of marjoram
20 g of dried garlic
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of herb pepper
a few bay leaves and allspice
