Thank you so much for creating S by Solar, Ola. As you said it yourself: Guitars, in special, are too expensive here in Brazil, it's ridiculous. I've actually been wanting to get a 7 string guitar for years now, but not only we only have a few options of "accessable" 7 string guitars here, but these are crazy expensive as well, to the point where I was considering getting a 7 string from Aliexpress or something because even with the cost of shipping, they're still cheaper than the more regular guitars in here. But now, with S by Solar being a thing, I can totally see myself getting one of these Solar guitars that I've been wanting for so long without busting the bank! So, again, thank you so much for coming up with this line and showing some more love to Brazil and other countries in the future with it, you're the man ❤

Ola - Dark Angel released 5 albums "We Have Arrived" in 1984, "Darkness Descends" in 1986, "Leave Scars" in 1989, "Live scars" in 1990 (which was the live performance they played with Nuclear Assault from Hammersmith Odeon in the UK), and then "Time Does Not Heal" in 1991. Heavy Trip in my opinion is the best metal comedy ever. The film just captures what is like when your young and forming a band in a shed or wherever. We once headlined a show for another smaller band that they organised. We took £48 on the door then at the end 3 guys came up asking to be paid £15 each for being the 'security'...didn't do any gigs with that band again haha .Mors Subita would be the band that did some of the songs. Supposedly theirs gonna be a Heavy Trip 2.

I lived in Brazil for 5 years and can confirm: import tax is insane!! Buying computer parts was easily twice as expensive as my native Australia which is already really high. As a Brazillian and admirer of your work I'm very happy with S by Solar and looking forward to getting one (maybe an X in the future wink wink). When you started talking about guitars shaped like Solar in Brasil i was thinking "Ola gets introduced to Brasil. They are counterfeiting his guitars now." But it was the other way. You took notice of our situation and made something for us. I have 8 guitars. Most of them are second hand; modded; import versions. And i consider myself lucky because i have so much more than the average musician here when it comes to gear. Also, in the past 4 years our economy has sunk back 20 years when i was 12 year old kid trying to buy my first guitar. Nowadays if you go to the mall and try to buy a brand new guitar you are gonna pay something almost like 5000 reais for a Squier guitar. If you want a metal guitar, than you are f*cked. I saw a LTD SN200 for almost R$ 6000. This is almost 3.5 times the minimum wage here. If someone wants to start playing guitar here in Brasil, right now, they are in for a hard time. So, thank you very much for your efforts and I'm looking forward to more Solar guitars here in Brasil!

Time and Time again Ola proves you don't need 7 or 8 strings to Chug like a BEAST! Sounds so much tighter without all the flub and garbage muddling the bass. Not that I hate 7 or 8 strings...just doesn't sound as tight/clean in my dumb opinion. Keep on keeping on Brother Ola!
