Notice the big dude in the green ie the third workout partner (i forget his name) said at the beginning he blew his pec out doing 405 bench press on inclines. Mike goes and does that on his triceps!! Different level of strength even towards the big boys!! WOW
@Swagdaddy96911 жыл бұрын
Reverse press is easier than incline lol
@MichaelCronan4911 жыл бұрын
Not if done in this sense where they are forcing the load onto the triceps and away from the pecs.
@Swagdaddy96911 жыл бұрын
Mike Cronan Do you really think mike isnt doing everything he can to bust out that rep? Alright bro
@MichaelCronan4910 жыл бұрын
Jon Mcder obviously he is, i did not say he was not. However, the reverse press in the sense they are doing it is a Tricep movement, basic mechanics. Thus, the reason for it being in a ARM workout.
@Swagdaddy96910 жыл бұрын
Mike Cronan You're still contradicting your original statement. This is not by any means demonstrating a "different level of strength" like you said. Try to stay relevant with your argument bud.

Little tip for you Steve: switch up the music more, as much as some may like those tracks, it gets annoying pretty fast when you watch every of your videos (like I do) and can remember music really well :P Marc Fitt's vids are much shorter, but he does a great job with music. @nickarry10 жыл бұрын
plus i haven't seen them juice so can't say, i've been working out only a year, successful gains, but not enough experience to know what's possible to gain natty, i mean i hear strong arguments from both sides of their juice stories, and most of them are based on what they think is possible and how they look.

Jeremy Remele good man .. m not here to break anyone's balls .... seriously if they r my gym partners I like to have whatever they r having juice , paste and that ooie purple crystal gamma ooze that will turn me to hulk ... For what ? For self indulgence and optimal own satisfaction ... I am not saying that u don't lift good man .. let's just give them credit after all they are athletes and they do what they need to do to be successful and be a role model for their product and sponsors .... at least ... at the very least they are not shooting up crystal coca and liquid popi ... I do believe - better them roids than coca and popi ... better them roids good man and I ain't saying they r taking them ... They could be natural for all we know
