10 years of watching you my man and while I(we?) appreciate the honesty at present I have to say it feels a little fake. Maybe its the sponsored clinic, the half truths and a few white lies that went along with this story because we all know the behind the scenes of the fitness industry. You were definitely geared up in the beginning and throughout(probably until recently) and I think it would of just been better to come clean about the whole experience and the dark side of that fitness influencer lifestyle for the ultimate respect. In any case thanks for speaking up about men and testosterone in general 🙏 (albeit under some false pretences).

@adamr305 You think he doesn't owe the public anything? You don't think the millions he made off the back of sponsorships built on lies and false promises to the public/retailers deserve any repercussions? It 100% is the way it is in the industry at the moment but that doesn't mean you just have to accept it. We as fitness enthusiasts might know better with our 10 years of experience now but the average Joe doesn't. They still think they'll look like him when they do his workouts or buy his supplements. Like you probably did at some point. It's not too much to ask for the full truth.

He literally said in the video that when he was competing he didn't like taking a bunch of different compounds. Maybe open your ears. Acting like a female wanting the outright scandal confession. I'll say another thing about Steve too, I met him many years ago at the Arnold in Madrid when I was a young skinny kid who could not look more out of place there and when I went to walk away feeling I'd taken enough of his time Steve made the effort to keep the conversation going and keep chatting. One of the most down to earth guys in one of the fakest industry's. He's one of the few good ones no need to come here shitting on the guy just because you didn't listen.

For those asking I was on TRT in 2016. The last year I competed. Where I’m currently at has nothing to do with with taking testosterone. I took testosterone due to lifestyle factors - competing, staying lean for too long, stress. 15 + expos a year for over 10 years. Also hypothyroidism etc not just test

Bro I have been following you for years as a bodybuilder for 20 of those years, I am now 45 yo. I realize your just coming to the 40's. This was the best video you have put out to help the average 35-60yo. I enjoyed every second and hope you build on this. I went on TRT after finding out I was 200 ng\dl test 3 years ago after not using compounds and extreme dieting and lifting routines for those 20 years. It was the best decision of my life. All the the things the Doc told you (Better mood, Better sleep, Better sex drive ;), Better focus) were all there. I would never look back. Blood panels are critical to the process and peptides do wonders (peptides are the "Sniper" compound to work with your bodies response naturally depending on what your looking at like BPC). Looking forward to new videos.

Im glad i stayed natural, and true to myself. I never took any form of HGH, or test. EVER. Not a lot of gym goers can say this who have been going to them gym regularly for 11 plus years. Respect Steve for posting this. It shows how most of these “influencers” are chronically run down and what used to be healthy working out has now become the actual opposite. I imagine if you run a thyroid panel on most of these people it would be off and the majority would be on TRT too. Working out is cool and we all should move but there’s a reason why these centenarians aren’t running marathons or have tons of muscle mass. Stress is still stress.

I’m glad you’re working on more aspects of your health Steve, I really am. Your OG videos got me into the best shape of my life and motivated me to go after more in life. I’m now in dental school at a top 5 university in the world and working a full time job doing night shifts to pay for my tuition. During the spring I on top of that planned my wedding and renovated our future home from the ground up. This summer I took a well needed vacation for two months and I can’t emphasize enough the importance of giving yourself a break one in a while. I barely pulled through and thanks to the vacation I am now in a much better place and set up for more challenges ahead. All the best and don’t forget to brush your teeth! Skipping out gives you unnecessary inflammation and will contribute to systemic fatigue.

I think Steve real quickly at about 10:30 m says he stopped PED's (four kinds of compounds). Which would be great after all these years to finally admit to, but at the same time not as out in the open as really needed. Also, we have moved into a climate where TRT especially is a common thing, so this is just a new form of content now. Years and years of building a business on secrets and now the secret becomes a new venture itself. Hi Steve, followed you since I was about 12, I’m now 23. Here in the UK it was crazy to me how many people followed you in school and talked about your videos and training etc. You have inspired so many people across the globe, probably more than you know or think of. How crazy is it to think 13 year olds in the UK we’re watching your preps for Olympias against buendia and Sadik. How you didn’t win is still beyond me. My point is, through the years we’ve all seen you grow, I’m now having the same issues you have at 38 and I’m 23. Lethargic, shit workouts no matter how hard I focus, pudgy belly (not that you have that) after being in shape all my life. So as usual, I’m back following you for advice, I can’t afford all the tests and the NHS sucks here no matter what people say. So whatever you go with I will try for me. I trust you, and hope you can get your quality of life back. You’re the man Steve, thanks for the transparency, and ignore idiots saying it’s all cos of steroids, I’ve never taken jack shit and always had high test till recent times, it’s lifestyle related nothing to do with steroids

Steve, sleep Steve, at least 8 to 10 hours a day at night, not during the day or in the afternoon, sleep well, that is the first key to this recovery, your body speaks to you, listen to it, hug comrade, successes!

I'm approaching my 40s. And I do have the same hip / lower back issues since I was a high school kid. But luckily those issues go away since I started to stretch and do regular massage. I used to think massage is a waste of money but turns out it's actually much helpful in releasing the chronic stress your body is accumulating that you're not aware of, and together with form rolling and stretch, I'm healthier than I was ever before.

I’m a pharmacist and I see so many young patients on testosterone and take viagra. A lot of the times this has underlying factors in young people which I’m glad u addressed and figured out. It’s not shameful

As a young man on TRT and armour thyroid, I’m glad you are talking about this… just wish you were a little more honest about the root cause. Years of doing gear is what caused this. Why not just admit that? It takes nothing away from your success.
