Legit started watching this channel in the spring of 20' and now I've got a low mile 17' X3 making 225hp and just bought the rest of the tools that ill need to replace the cage.... Too bad BCF stopped making cages for the X3, now I'm back on the hunt for the right one. I'm thinking about buying a bender and doing it myself. After the cage I'm doing the same turbo setup as Cleet minus the MoTechy-MoMoney. I've literally turned my two car garage into a shop for my riding buddies and I to work on our machines. Had to install a 65k btu Modine propane heater to keep the projects moving. I needed a new hobby that I could do mostly from home and that I could involve my 2-year-old son in. *Thanks Guys! Really, I mean it. I'm having a blast, and I get to do it with my little boy.*

This is easily my favorite video on the channel. I usually don't watch videos over 45 minutes without taking a break or losing interest but I enjoyed every minute. This video was so well done. Good job surviving the sub zero temps boys. This trip reminded me of when I use to be a Winter Operations Instructor for the Minnesota National Guard. We had to bivouac twice and both times it got down to -40 real temp not windchill. 1 night was in a tent and the 2nd night was in a lean-to that we built. Thankfully we had arctic sleeping bags. And we didn't have SxS to get to the bivouac site. We skied there. You ski all day long and then in the afternoon set up tents or build your shelter. Good times.

I remember winter camping where it was so cold that when my front was finally warm by the fire, I'd turn my back to it for 5 minutes or so and keep that rotation. In the 5 minutes or so facing away from the fire to get my backside warm, my Mtn Dew would freeze and then defrost enough when facing the fire to get a few drinks. Lol. Winter orienteering is some crazy stuff.
