Yes! Absolutely! May we all cultivate equanimity! And truly, upon continued practice with mindfulness there is no more need for psychiatric medication-I promise! The industry may not you to come to full terms with the truth of your own sense of ongoing healing and growth, but it is only inevitable to realize that you are your own best medicine.

It often feels like achieving something will make you happier, but thanks to people who are willing to share their experiences with others, you realize that true happiness is something to strive for in the present moment. Achievements only bring temporary joy. For me, there was a time when talking about my feelings was a taboo, so I can’t imagine sharing so openly with everyone. I’m deeply grateful to everyone - it helps me feel less alone and cope with my mental struggles.

What is the most direct way to open a dialogue with Wondermind as a resource for mental health? I don't know exactly what I need, but I often think, "I need to go to a facility for 3 months... but there's no place out there (that I can afford) that offers that kind of support... No place can help me" Recently, my therapist said I should be in a PHP program, and I felt relief because I thought, "finally, maybe there is a place like the one I feel like I need," and then he told me that those programs are really only for people who are really at rock bottom, who want to kill themselves. I get there, often, but I guess not often enough to be in that kind of program. So what is it I'm exactly looking for? If anyone understands where I'm coming from, I'd appreciate being able to leverage the resources they're mentioning to help myself - because I eventually want to be able to help others and grow and expand. But that can't really happen until I get my own shit together...
