This was an amazing way to start the new year! Quick fast to the point! I will be turning 50 this year and I set goals for myself that I intend on attaining. Loose fat build good quality muscle become happy, healthy, wealthy and strong. Happy new year everyone.

My 2025 goals are to workout at least 4-5 days a week. Drink more water than caffeine, read more books and less social media, find a more flexible schedule for work life balance.

My goal is to make that one change in my diet that I know will take me to the next level, I struggle with giving up sweets! If I can cut it in half I will be happy with that, then I know that habit will stick and I can conquer this!

I don’t truly think this can be a goal as I can’t truly 100% control it, but I hope to get pregnant in 2025. My husband and I are currently trying to conceive & our time hasn’t come yet. I’m going to continue to crush these workouts (this year is 5 years doing the workouts) and hopefully a baby can come along this year ❤❤

Good luck!! Cancel caffeine and try a fertility diet if you haven’t already! Low carb, anti-inflammatory. It took us 9 years but cutting coffee and caffeine was THE thing for us. Now we have a 10 yr old and 7 yr old. ❤ Praying for you!

Happy New Year! I'm working on maintenance this year. Maintenance in my weight, my nutrition and of course consistency in working out. I worked hard in 2024 now I have to learn to maintain everything!

Happy New Year y'all!! I have completely fallen off the workout train over the past 4 months using every excuse I had to not get up early and lift. But I decided not today! I'm going to stop complaining about getting fluffier and actually do something about it. My goal is to get at least 4 workouts in a week and move my body more for my joint health and my overall well being. Thank you Sydney and everyone here for stepping up this year and doing this journey with me, one day at a time! We got this y'all let's go!! 🎉

Happy New Year! I have big goals this year: Read my Bible daily and dig dip into the meanings! Drink 1 gallon of water daily 2 work outs per day (one inside and one outside walking) Healthier choices: not necessarily a strict diet but less carbs more protein! Acts of service making sure my works are intentional and yielding fruits! Thanks for the great work out!

Just what I needed thank you! This got me ready for the house full of guests coming again today! It’s been a rough few years. Taking care of elderly parents. My dad passed I. August and my 93 year old mother needs more help than she ever did. We are helping to homeschool 2 of our grandchildren 3 days a week so “me” time is 4 or 5 am usually. My goals in 2025 are to keep my head up out of the water, do what I can to help others and not forget me in there! Had one vacation since 2011 and that was years ago. I’d love to be able to go somewhere I. 2025 if possible. I also want to continue deepening my walk with Jesus which grows stronger every year. Happy New Year everyone! May 2025 be blessed and kind to you. Thank you Sydney for all you do for us!❤

Happy New Year everyone!!! So excited for 2025! I was in tears after Sydney’s motivation. 🥰 She spoke to my heart and the big dreams, goals and lives that will be changed. My big goals are waking up earlier, journaling, gratitude, working on my vision for me and our family and our dreams we want to achieve. I've been dealing with a back injury for several months and have done little -to-no lifting. Feeling frustrated at all the muscle I've lost, but looking forward to slowly easing back into a routine this year. This was a good one for me to get things restarted. Thanks!

prioritizing sleep, stop hitting snooze, prioritizing workouts and leaving the house 10 minutes earlier. and as alwaus giving myself Grace. thank you Sydney for giving me a fitness journey I have maintained for 4 years. January 2021 was when I started working out with you and I have lost 50 lbs. I have consistenly kept off 30 of that 50! I think the extra 10 is muscle honestly because my clothing size has not changed in 3 years

Happy New Year-- I've been getting steadily stronger with your workouts combined with group classes at my small gym and sessions with a Personal Trainer! This year aiming for a 200 lb deadlift on my 60th bday in March! And with my first grandchild arriving in February, I want to continue to get stronger, so I can support my bones and body and PLAY HARD! For me this year it is a deeper dedication to heart based meditation and the Biodynamic Cranial work I do, but bringing heart perception specifically to the fore.I wish to offer it to anyone who is so inclined. Hi Sydney! Happy New Year Everyone! I had knee surgery December 23rd for a repair for a torn meniscus right knee. Ready to get back in with modified workouts. My intentions and goals are the same.
