Crushed it! When Sydney said we'd have a squat hold in the last circuit, I told myself- I WILL hold that squat all 3 rounds without coming up for a break... And I did! I even dropped lower for the last 10 seconds in each round 👍💪 thank you Sydney and Dustin! My next big goal: fitness/nutrition, maintain through Holidays. Mental health: spend more time in prayer each day and continue to study the fruits of the Spirit and work on growing those in my life so that others can see Christ in me.

My knee injury was really flaring up this morning and I struggled with the glute bridges. I felt so defeated and was going to give up on the workout but instead I listened to the pain in my body, paused to stretch, and then came back in for the rest of the workout without any pain. Getting stronger is not about pushing yourself so hard you break, it's about the strength to pause and honour your need to rest, then coming back for more when you're ready. Burn bright don't burn out.

When I was in my early 20's I wanted my CPT, I let my parents talk me out of it. I will be 38 in less than a week and in my next phase of life I want to teach myself, improve my own fitness/nutrition journey, get my CPT and train women that are 40 plus. Sydney you inspire me everyday.

I prefer the shorter work outs. But the longer ones go fast. Time is a constant, right. From the midwest; the weather was 68 yesterday , 81 today, and its suppose to be 51 in a few days.
