Crushed it! When Sydney said we'd have a squat hold in the last circuit, I told myself- I WILL hold that squat all 3 rounds without coming up for a break... And I did! I even dropped lower for the last 10 seconds in each round 👍💪 thank you Sydney and Dustin! My next big goal: fitness/nutrition, maintain through Holidays. Mental health: spend more time in prayer each day and continue to study the fruits of the Spirit and work on growing those in my life so that others can see Christ in me.

My knee injury was really flaring up this morning and I struggled with the glute bridges. I felt so defeated and was going to give up on the workout but instead I listened to the pain in my body, paused to stretch, and then came back in for the rest of the workout without any pain. Getting stronger is not about pushing yourself so hard you break, it's about the strength to pause and honour your need to rest, then coming back for more when you're ready. Burn bright don't burn out.

When I was in my early 20's I wanted my CPT, I let my parents talk me out of it. I will be 38 in less than a week and in my next phase of life I want to teach myself, improve my own fitness/nutrition journey, get my CPT and train women that are 40 plus. Sydney you inspire me everyday.

I appreciate you taking the time to give a better written description about the circuit for today's workout. I always scan the videos beforehand to know how many rounds are we going to do a particular exercise. How lucky we are to have a trainer that shows up for us everyday, that motivates us when we aren’t feeling our best, that constantly reminds us that we are ENOUGH, that we are WORTH IT. For a while, I thought my bands were: heavy-duty, really heavy-duty, and impossible. After the past few weeks, I realize they aren't! I've been able to use the medium band consistently! I can feel myself getting stronger!

This has got to be one of the toughest days for me yet...to complete Daddy duties & make it to this workout! I was dragging my feet a bit and dreading the thought of a 50min workout! But boy as it worth it. I feel like a million bucks writing this comment right now! I feel super strong throughout and laser-focused on my breathing too. Now I’m going to enjoy a big bowl of homemade cabbage soup. Thanks Coach SC 👍🏻🏋🏻‍♂️❤️

I absolutely love your workouts. I found you while we were on that lockdown at the beginning of the pandemic and the gyms were closed. I am so happy my sister and I found you. My day started a little difficult today but come here and crushed the workout made me feel so good, even though I was crying trough the hole workout I didn't give up and this made me so stronger . This is my happy place when I feel so bad and I want to thank for all! My new goal is to learn croatian lenguage because I live in Croatia and I just need it, is not easy but I will not give up

Struggled so much during this workout 😓 & it was all mental! Going through major weight loss can get draining at times & today I’m just feeling under the weather. Anyone else go through this as well? I know tomorrow will be better. (I realized this might sound like Sydney’s workout was bad, but it wasn’t!!! Blessed to be trained by the best!)

I prefer the shorter work outs. But the longer ones go fast. Time is a constant, right. From the midwest; the weather was 68 yesterday , 81 today, and its suppose to be 51 in a few days. Living here is hard to feel calm many days. Ones system is busy adjusting to barometer changes... and all that comes w it. Thanks for the work out. Thr love, thr encouragement. Every day you make it difficult for me to skip!!!

Seriously love your channel and you! I’m fitter than I’ve ever been! My goal for today and next week is to study smart and hard for my chemistry midterm! I’m a first year neuroscience student and it’s been a big adjustment to online university. Chemistry is my hardest course and I have to put a lot of effort in to succeed!
