I'm so glad I happened upon Sydney's videos over a year ago. I used to skip around, doing videos I wanted to do, but I found that following her videos day to day is much more effective.

Bodyweight workouts are never easy. But I crushed it today on my 40th birthday. I am happier, healthier, and stronger at 40 than I have ever been my entire life. God answered my prayers today by giving me these 40 pounders for my 40th and I couldn't be happier. Best birthday present and all I really wanted. I was lucky enough to score some 50s as well. Happy birthday to me 🥳

I do your workouts every AM. Today I was pretty happy because it was only 30mins, I figured I would do it and do my laundry right after instead of before bed....after this work out I cant even lift my water bottle haha. Looks like i'll be folding my laundry tonight. Thank you for pushing me

Sydney, after you began to say "your body is your job" (and explained not a 'job' per se but our responsibility)... what also popped into my head is "your body is your *JOY* -- you constantly remind us of this in diff ways, and I can't thank you enough. BTW I didn't think I could do the tricep pushups on toes 2nd round, but your saying "try it!" made me give it a go... and I did almost the whole round that way. THANK YOU for motivating, for supporting, for loving, for... everything!

I have been doing youtube videos as a main source of exercise for several years now with thousands of favorites and subscriptions saved but started watching Sydney back in March and now I almost exclusively do her workouts. What I wonder all the time is that I never see the same outfit or even shoes more than once. Where does she find the storage or ability to accumulate this many outfits? I do love them and enjoy seeing something different every day but was just curious.

Body weight arms are always tougher for me because I am pushing more weight than with my dumbbells which makes me stronger all the way around! Plus I really want to work on my push up strength! I was able to do 5 tricep pushups on my toes today! Proud of that because I've always done them on my knees. Keep crushing it squad!! 💪🏽🔥😘

This was a hard workout!!!! Bodyweight is super challenging and I pushed myself. Did the 15 minute workout after this followed by a 20 minute stretch. Fabulous end to my week...I do 5 days and other 2 days devoted to my family. Thanks Sydney.

I’ve been doing these exercises daily since the beginning of the month. It’s been hard to find the motivation sometimes as I’m used to having a few rest days in between.
