SOOOOOO did not want to do this, was almost in tears and almost quit after 5 minutes to eat a bowl of honey nut cheerios,but I kept hearing Sydney tell me that those things wouldn't make me feel better, they would only make me feel worse. I made it the whole way through and now I'm crying because I'm so proud of myself. THANKS SYDNEY!!!!😘😍🤪🥰

I loved it! It was hard for me lower belly , I had a baby almost 2 years ago! Defiantly would love to see more core strength ,!! I kinda cried at the end because so felt like I failed my workout until Sydney said “it’s a progress we work at it together it’s not that we are doing it wrong just need to work up the core strength “ I wiped my tears and I felt strength within me. ! Crushed it! Was able to bump up my dumbbells to 20lbs. I can feel my lower back getting stronger because even though my lower body could handle the weights a few weeks ago, my lower back couldn’t and I had to dial back the weights to prevent lower back injury. This workout was great motivation to work on lower ab strength and control. Thank you again for the amazing workouts!

This was a tough but great workout. I am always in my mind telling myself to keep my belly pushed in. I always feel the hinging exercises in my lower back. I had horrific back labor with my son and my lower back and hips haven’t been the same since. I had to stop a few times but I got through it!!!🤪The last couple exercises were killer!!! Crushed it! My core is still my weakest area so don't enjoy the abs work so much but able to do glute pulses with much heavier dumbells. Not bad considering 4 months ago couldn't lift my hips up more than once due to my weak gluteus and hamstrings. Seeing real changes thanks to you. Abs, and especially lower abs are my least favorite to work. Ever since my pregnancy (10 yrs ago now) I’ve just never been able to build up the muscle control for my abs and it makes ab workouts feel impossible. I’m working on changing my mentality and using modifications to make the reps work for me. Thanks for the push and the extra explanation at the end Sydney!

I loved the focus on the glutes and the lower belly! I do need to work on core/lower back strength. Could we do some standing lower ab exercises and then the same exercises on the floor? Yes some great exercises are for you to head to a wall and just pull your tailbone back to the wall and hold for 3-5 seconds and release and just practice that roll back!!

That's pretty common but if you have a noticeable imbalance just slow it down a bit on the weaker side and squeeze to focus harder!

Crushed it! Although i had to modify some of the standing curtsy like dead lifts due to my runners knee but I am definitely going to be feeling my abs tomorrow! Thanks so much!

What a booty burner! Thanks for using two 25lbers for the bridge pulses -- you showed me how to hold them properly to bridge 50lbs! That a personal best for me and I felt I could've went heavier 💪!! Loved this workout!

I was impressed by my core strength! Hips are sore from yesterday so I felt some soreness in that area in the beginning, but it subsided! You definitely worked my abs!

Leg raises at end in pike was tough for me! Also the crunches on back at the very end, I couldn't finish! Was a welcome relief after the killer arm workout from Saturday I think...I'm still crazy sore in arms!

Yes the arms got a rest today! But tomorrow on the other hand....they're back to work!!!
