First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

Sydney, Sydney, Sydney!!! Another AMAZING Workout! You're seriously in a class of your own. I usually like to do 3 sets of 10-12 of each instead of time to get max burn out of it, so I pause the video after each set. BUT, not today. This was killer enough. I'm now off to do yesterday's stretch. Thanks again Sydney. I REALLY appreciate you. ☺

I'm sure that when you first posted it two years ago, you had no idea of just how significant and necessary this KZbin workout would be just one or two years later (now that we are in the Covid-era and working out at home more.) I did not want to do this. I was thinking about doing one of your 30 minute ones but I have been following along this July so I sucked it up and OMG! It was difficult but I was able to keep up. The very first move was challenging because my shoulders are weak~~ but yeahI did it! Yay

Loved this workout. I was able to bump up a few times throughout which was very encouraging! I was a little surprised I just could not seem to do the reverse an crunch with a 5lb dumb bell at my feet. Uugg that's ok though in time!!
