Happy Monday! I can tell you that motivation was not getting me out of bed this morning. As Sydney says, it's discipline that helps you show up when it gets tough! I've been doing Sydney's workouts for close to 4 years but last year I really struggled with my mobility. I purchased the workout calendar this month and committed to doing the 30 min workouts + the 20 min stretch and I feel so good this week! I can move and squat better than I have in months! If you're like me and think "well I can just grab it from her playlists" but you never do, commit to yourself by grabbing the calendar. It's a great tool for accountability!

Holllly 3, 2, 1 and go try to catch your breath! What a crazy workout 🥵🥵🥵 Sydney, you are an inspiration I struggle to keep up with you and you’re 20 weeks pregnant! When I was pregnant with my third all I could manage was some boxing and beat saber on my VR 😂 also until this program I never noticed all the 3, 2, 1 gos in all the workouts!! Keep up the momentum this week everyone! I am super happy I have gone up to 25s for shoulder presses and 30s for snatches all thanks to these workouts and consistency! Happy Monday! 🎉

Great work to everyone ahead of me! I jumped on board a week after it started so my workouts are behind the start time, but I love what Sydney says, show up and consistency is key. Encouraged and convicted today that even if you show up for 100% here, if you're not showing up for yourself in the kitchen - it's a mismatch and you're not going to reach your goal. Woot. Crushed it. My 3rd Monday trying my hardest to workout during/recovering from this long lasting flu. Each other week I had to not workout after that 1st try cuz I was so exhausted afterwards. Today I believe I’ll be back tmrw! Healings vibes to all of those with or recovering from flus/colds and all the folks in LA area. ❤

I’m on business travel and did this workout in the world’s tiniest hotel gym in New York City. Sydney‘s message of consistency echoing in my head! Not the prettiest surroundings, but it got the job done! Have a great week everybody.
