Crushed it for the 2nd time! Just finished STF 2023 and we’re onto August fan Favorites and it felt great to revisit an old workout but still feel like it was a new challenge because I’m not the same person I was 2 years ago! I have grown in strength and ability and that feels fantastic!! Great work today! 🙌🏼🥵🔥P.S. it felt great to dance with Sydney again with these older videos!!!!

One of my favorites! This is my go-to full body workout 🎉 for those looking for workout info, this is what we do! Superset format x2 rounds ~ Curls & press ~ Bent rows L / R ~over head alt lunges ~hinge & high row ~ front & lateral raise with heel lift ~ tricep kickback ~kneeling squat up/downs ~alternating step ups ~chest fly ~ alternating hammer curls with rotation ~walking alternating lateral deadlifts ~squat with around the worlds ab burn out ~leg raises ~dumbbell toe touches ~dumbbell reverse crunch ~dumbbell side-middle-side crunch (Russian twist variation) ~dumbbell reverse ab crunch ~plank twists ~1 minute call outs

I'm doing this today, July 31, 2023, because it's on the calendar Sydney left us when she jetted off to St. Thomas. I liked this workout. After finishing STF on ALL OUT week...a nice steady repped out strength workout was nice. The ab burnout was great! Thanks Sydney.

Woot Hoot!!!! Yesssahhhh!!!! I think this is the 3rd time doing this workout and I see why it's in the Fan Fave's. Love this! I'm a day behind as I took off yesterday b/c too busy working all day. But here I am back at it and opted for the longer workout today. Love it. My abs are burning in the BEST of ways. Love it! I really love how the stronger I get the more enjoyable the burn of the muscle is. Instead of burning and absolute fatigue to where I had to stop and fall before now I'm in the burn and strong enough to keep working through the burn to come out the other end perfectly cooked. lol. Thanks Sydney and I'm going to share this with my client today. Thanks!

90 days ago I couldn’t even do a sit up. I had to work on my transverse abdominals first. Now I just crushed all of today’s workout! I’m shocked! I can’t believe how much stronger I am! Thanks Sydney for the free daily workouts! So don’t give up!!! If I can do it, so can you!!!!!

I go to the gym every day and I used to always do the same thing and I was getting so tired of my workouts so I found a girl that lost a lot of weight on tik tok and she sent me here to Sydney. And the first day I swear I was dripping in sweat and the next day I was so sore unlike ever before. She really knows how to make you stronger. These are seriously the best workouts EVER. and I have tried a lot

Lunges and reverse lunges are way easier than they used to be..and I used to lean to the side to struggle up, now I stay centered the whole time and I did the whole ab burnout from beginning to end without stopping, I didn't use weight for abs but my form was perfect..I had a really good mind muscle connection going on..two good non scale victories

As usual, this was a great workout. Thank you, Sydney! I'm 44 and have been a personal trainer for 14 years (didn't start until your age now;)), and I have to say that even with that experience and knowledge, I keep coming back to workout with you because of your excellent energy and attitude. I crushed it to finish Summertime Fine 2.0! This program has changed my life because it has made me stronger both mentally and physically. I’m looking forward to lifting heavier weights and using the glute resistance bands. Thank you for this summer workout program and I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s stretch. Omg I remember this one from 2 years ago. Firstly it reminds me of when my twins just turned 3 😭 second I seriously cried. The soundtrack brings back so many memories of 5am workouts proceeded by pumping (breastmilk) before the little babies were up ❤

This was a wonderful 90 days and I’m super proud of myself and anyone else that completed this challenge! I did love this workout but felt a bit disappointed that there wasn’t any acknowledgement about it being the end of summer time fine 2.0- finding Sydney had changed my life and REALLY helped me feel like the best version of me!!! Thank you so much Sydney and Dustin I haven’t been at a healthy body weight ever and I think I’m on my way because of these workouts and you’re enthusiasm. I am a psychotherapist and use you’re words and analogies with my clients now 🤷🏻‍♀️😇🤗😘
