Today's upper body workout was a burner but super effective upper body workout! We start off with a shoulder circuit then move on to a chest and back workout and lastly we have a bicep and triceps circuit. I am using 8lbs, 10lb, and 15lb dumbbells but pic weights that work for you! We are working for 90 seconds and counting in ladder style as high as we can go in reps during each exercise and we will have 30 seconds rest between each exercise! Grab your dumbbells and be ready to push through some serious burn!

*Please take note that calories burned vary for every individual depending on multiple factors (e.g. age, body weight, heart rate, height, effort intensity, etc). I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

I love that Sydney was a great trainer before so many discovered her. I started training with her around February 2019. We celebrated 200k subscribers. I came across her workouts back in August. Been dealing with a right hip issue so limited on lower body workouts. I do this one and her other one with arms every other day since the second week In August. Been taking pictures weekly, seeing the results. So grateful I came across her!

I’m a Canadian ZUMBA instructor living in Toronto and I’ve been doing regular strength training three times a week for the last 10 years. I’ve been able to keep teaching my ZUMBA classes over zoom but unfortunately, all my strength training has been in group exercise at the gym. Since the pandemic hit, my strength has really gone down, so did my motivation.😓 I want to thank you Sydney for posting these strength videos. You gave me the motivation to go out and buy dumbbells. Now every morning when I get up I go to your channel to get some strength in; and I feel so much better. The sculpting of my body has come back. I feel like myself again, thanks to you! That 30 minutes flew by! I love that you include a short stretch at the end and reminders to eat. My only suggestion would be to lower the volume on the intro video!

Hi! I don’t usually comment…but I have been doing many of your workouts and really appreciate the great workout. This video is one of my favorites and I do it regularly. Love this style/format of workout…keeps it interesting and fun and works your glutes/hamstrings/flexibility too. A great total body! I’ve been working out with Sydney since 2020 and throughout my entire pregnancy. I usually use something 3-5 pounds lighter than what she uses. I’m now 30 weeks pregnant so I’ve been going back to her older videos while she’s on maternity leave. I’m so proud of both myself and Sydney for how much stronger we’ve both gotten in the past 2 years.

Totally loveddd the entire set.. it got me sweat like a running tap. But it was designed in a well manner so that it doesn't burn out in the middle and encourages you to do the entire set effortlessly but pushing hard at the same time.

I love this 30 minute workout. I really felt your guidance because when I do the triceps I really don’t pay attention sometimes how I’m doing it, but this time when I did the upper workout, and I really enjoyed all the variation of dumbbells that I used and challenge myself tomake a workout better and to do things correctly which I felt this time. I finally got the triceps down right to help me really work on that area of my arms.

This is so great!! I really love that each work out is 90 seconds and then we move on to the next workout! That helps me be motivated!! I get so rundown when I do the same things for 4-5 rounds... this is great!! My upper body is burning!!!

I really enjoy you workout. Your workouts really work me. The workouts tend to fit the way my body is structured for working out. However, I do have a request. Can you please produce more 20, 15, and 10 minute workouts especially 10 minute targeted routines. Also, I interested in exercises the build the core muscles as well as exercises for individuals with back, knee and shoulder issues.

This was the first Sydney workout I did, back in March 2019. I was thinking of an upper body workout (hadnt even searched for one yet) and this video was recommended. I havent looked back since cancelled my membership in April 2019 and have been working out with Sydney ever since! I've never been fitter or stronger!!!

Good Morning, I love the key moments listed above. Prior to the workouts, I tend to do a quick scroll through to make sure that I am set up for what I need. I would love to see these incorporated again into your new posted videos. Not sure how much trouble it is. And like others, I also really like to see these older videos compared to your current self. While I would say you have evolved, your workouts were then and remain intense and focused. Thank you

Happy New Year 🎆 Sydney and #sydneysquad! I am back after my almost 2 weeks heist including a sickness episode and some much needed family time and r&r. Did this in the morning today and typing this now as the arms were jello! Loved every minute of it! So glad to be back. See you all Tomorrow morning for another session. Have a good night 🤗

Newbie here. My workout was no weights and then a half-pound (8 oz ) weight. Concentrated on higher reps and technique... still got a burn. Maybe in 6 months I'll get up to 15-pound weights :-). Great workout. Saving to my playlist.

I know I've finished this workout before because I already gave it thumbs up, but I did it again today, 8-16-2023. As always, awesome programming, outfit, and stage! I have been using Sydney's workouts for several years now and I have purchased a few calendars and merchandise since then. I can tell you that I have had several people compliment me on my arms! So, keep on going strong in your fitness adventures.

Thank you Sydney. My wife and I are both 74 and losing strength our arms. We have never worked with weights before but I am sure this is what we need. We only have 3lb weights but are going to get some heavier ones to make it more of a challenge.
