Today is a strength and conditioning workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will perform a strength circuit for 90 seconds, rest for 15 seconds, and perform cardio for 30 seconds. The longer strength set will be divided into 30 seconds of a compound movement, 30 seconds of a lower body movement and 30 more seconds of an upper body movement. I used my 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells so grab some weights that are appropriate for something like a bicep curl in a B.S.S. and something as heavy as a chest press. GO CRUSH IT!

3. Lateral butt kicks
4. Deadlift and row
5. Deadlift / row
6. Mountain climbers
7. Split squat and curl
8. Split squat and curl left then right
9. Lateral shuffle and burpee
10. Glute bridge and chest press
11. Glute bridges / chest press
12. Jump rope
13. Jump rope agility plus thruster ladder
