@@udeshyasharma9200 I didn't do a surgery but implemented other things. Exercising daily has saved me alot . I avoid anything that is mostly fried and also avoid air conditioning and dust the house quite alot . Has been working alot recently and I would recommend all of it tbh . Although avoid daily nasal sprays they can cause a sinus infection although doctors reccomend it alot

Hi, turbinates enlargement is very common in pregnancy. Nasal steroid spray usage is very commonly prescribed and very safe. Make sure you gargle well and spit out after applying nasal spray to wash out seepage from back of nose into throat.

yes it does because you get infections more easily due to nasal drip , things settle in cavities. Also you probably grind during sleep to open the airway, which that struggle signals your brain to tense jaw muscles and eventually more headaches. Breathing is key to lots of health issues
