I feel this! I’m moon he’s Neptune, he’s not who I want him to be. It’s like sometimes the truth will peak through the fog. When he speaks my intuition will say “this isn’t the type of person you truly want to be with” but I ignore it because I feel such a pull to him. I know when it doesn’t feel right, but I let myself get sucked into the illusion. Neptune is very interesting.

This is a horrible aspect 😢 I got so hurt, so much illusion and disappointment. The addiction it creates is terrible. It was a double whammy, the confusion was incredibly damaging. @@chinsu5098 KZbin never tells me about replies to my comments. Ugh. Our sun's don't aspect each other, so there's never been ego in the way. My Mars in Pisces is Sextile his Mercury in Cappy and My Jupiter is exactly conjunct (by 39 minutes) his Sun in Aquarius. My Neptune in Sag is Trine his Jupiter in Aries and my Saturn in Gem is Trine his Neptune in Libra. We have some tough aspects with our Venus's, Moon's, and Mars...lots of Squares, but somehow it just makes thing's ... interesting instead of difficult. Hope this helps!

Neptune POV: I had this with my ex. I was the Neptune and it's true in the end it was a mess and he would guilt me a lot and hold me accountable for a lot of his emotions and they were all things I was doing to upset him apparently which I wasn't always aware of in the present moment/consciously. It was a lot of emotional responsibility that I couldn't feel like I could live up to. He really put me on a pedestal I didn't ask to be on and it made me feel like a fraud. Was very bitter towards me once we broke up. He was a sweetheart with a good soul and I hope he finds someone who can fulfil him in a way I couldn't. I'm looking back at our chart during this Venus Rx for reflection, it makes sense seeing this synastry aspect.

Wow. This is so real. I share this aspect with a friend I once dated & we also have mars opp neptune & venus square pluto. I’m the outer planet (neptune & pluto) person in every aspect. I’m very aware of the power I have over them and constantly have to keep myself in check from acting selfishly or manipulating the other person. I hide a lot of myself when I’m around them as a result but I’m usually not aware of how much I’m editing myself to fit whatever role I think they have me in until after the experience is over. I’m not disillusioned by any feelings of love/infatuation for them. It’s very hard for me to pin down my exact feelings for them and determine whether this friendship is good/bad for either of us. I try and keep my distance as to not do/say anything hurtful but it seems to only feed the other persons illusions of me even more. The last time I distanced myself from them and addressed an issue between us when I came back, they told me about how they imagined seeing me in places where I wasn’t there and expressed how difficult it sometimes was for them to be out of contact with me. They even mentioned that they thought I might be some kind of soulmate very early on when we were briefly dating lol. It’s funny looking back, Neptune has ALWAYS been there. It only took things getting this knotted and out of control for me to see. Another weird thing, despite not feeling that love/obsession towards him I still have some strong feelings that keep me from completely breaking away. The strong feelings on my part are especially weird because the harder I think about it we don’t really know each other /that/ well, it’s like our friendship is built on a foundation that’s 70% fog/nonexistent ://

Thank you for the amazing info! So I’ve been delving into progressive chart synastry, and this aspect is currently playing out between us (it’s not in the natal synastry). I’m the moon and he the Neptune I can tell or intuit very well when I feel he’s saying all the right things and making big promises just to ‘get’ me. I can’t trust him anymore, he is a recovering alcoholic and I’ve caught him in far too many ‘fibs’ as he calls them. I have this with a double whammy. My neptune in Sagittarius at 13° squares his moon at 13° in pisces. And his Neptune in Sagittarius at 20° squares my virgo moon at 19° we have a lot of synastry in our charts my venus is in exact opposition to his pluto. His mercury is exactly opposite my pluto. His chiron 2 degrees away from my sun and my chiron is exactly conjunct his sun. I hope we aren't doomed. I can't stop thinking about him.
