I work for Sysco also and I agree! It’s all your attitude and work ethic. I’m a very very positive and happy guy. I’m smiling even on the worst of days. I see so many people complaining about Sysco but I absolutely love it!! If you have a good attitude you can do any job with a smile!

Entirely to much physical demand, the $ is decent but 14 stops minimum each day. The $ isn't that good. All can do is Work take 10 hour break and do the same thing next day.

I worked for Sysco for 12 years, as a delivery driver and a shuttle driver back in the 90s. Was hard work but made good money, eventually I changed careers and left, Sysco was a good back then and I still own Sysco stock today.

how bad can some of the loading get? would you have to break like several pallets down to find the items you're looking for sometimes or is it maybe just one or two pallets off?

If it’s one or two pallets off that is ALOT of digging lol. My trainer was a beast he showed me a way to find the pallet a case was on by using the scanner. But honestly Sysco may have the absolute worst loading in food service. I work for jb hunt final mile now and make just as much as I did with Sysco and i don’t do half the work.
