As ICT Support we use VNC, Bomgar, Citrix and Cisco for VPN ... also my resposibilities are: Local AD Groups/Users, LAN config, AP /Wifi, preparing ERP master data for import to DB, creating Macros in Excel, .. Zebra scanners, printers, CCTV, PC/LT Hardware, Mobile Phones etc ....

Nice! These are just some of the systems we use. We've used different systems in my previous jobs too. I will try to do an MDM video. I'm just not a big fan of our platform unfortunately

What do you think of SCCM compared to Intune? Features vs Cost? It's sad to say that in my current workplace all of the things that you have shown here is done by different small teams which makes it harder for me to explore into all of these exciting tools in an enterprise environment.

Tbh I don't have experience with Intune yet, just SCCM. Microsoft has been pushing Intune. I think it has more features like MDM and cloud. Oh that sucks. Can you volunteer to do some tasks atleast ? Some of our systems are also limited to corporate IT and we don't have access and say to how they are setup

Great question! We use lastpass at work and it's good. But since we moved our systems to RoyalTS now, we also store the creds for the different systems there too

We use Commvault at work and we don't have any issues with it so far. I'm not really involved with backups so I don't have a lot of knowledge right now but I'll share once I start learning it

We use Fresh Service but it wasn't set up properly for our company so we don't use it a lot. We use Service Now before for Assets and I like it
