@@Achawan_edu สวัสดีค่ะอจ.อัช "Your real home Is not the house you live in; but the stillness and peace In your heart." Ajarn Brahn พระภิกษุชาวอังกฤษ ลูกศิษย์หลวงพ่อชาค่ะ ขอบคุณมากค่ะ รักษาสุขภาพนะคะ ⚘💙⚘
As a kid in Thailand, getting up early meant I got to play with all my dogs before heading out for school. As I opened door, all of them (Jo, Pui, Coke, Peggy) were so insanely happy to see me. They all wanted to be the first to greet. Sometimes my dad would be upset because I took too long playing, making him running late for work. I remember the periwinkle color of the sky. The dampness in the morning air. Occasionally, the rooster crowing in the distance. As an adult, I love getting up early because it gives me time to myself. Time to plan my day. I take great pleasure in the stillness and serenity in the morning. Birds are just waking up to sing, as nighttime slips away. Much of the world around me still asleep. No noise pollutions. Just me. Cold fresh air. My focus and mental alertness are also better in the morning as there are fewer distractions pulling for my attention. Time is never more precious… The stillness of early morning enables me to enjoy the bustle of the day. 🍂🌼🌾
