Don't understand the Zieten call personally, 1.7 sigma 3x2 main guns v Bismark 1.8 sigma 4x2 main guns, yes Zieten has torps but they are so slow that if you get hit there is probably something wrong with you... Zieten's 32mm deck makes it an easy target for carriers especially with the limited dcp charges. Respectfully suggest Bismark belongs in B instead of Zieten imo.

Atago is just so good at saving star too, If you notice your teammate bring many questionable ship like Shimanto or Kansas, Just run to a weak flank and start kiting. The chance of you saving star is pretty high

Charles Martel really surprised during the silver ranked phase. Speedy and Maneuverable, and you back it up with its HE and Reload Booster and it is such an easy win.

I thought that Alabama was going to be in a better position, because from what I understand, that BB has better aim from afar than Massachusetts, as a sniper it works well and hits very hard and its ship structure is similar to Massachusetts

Nebraska is pretty strong in ranked. I got 9 wins out of 10 battles. You don't really deal much damage but it just so happens that the team wins more often. Finishing targets that are low and try to run away, or spot dds, or finish dds that are low, to give your team advantage, or set people on fire after they DCP, it's really strong for ranked.

Anhalt may be D in ranked but it’s very armored with tiny superstructure for a German BB and plays like a tanky slow mecklenburg. HE spam from range 21 km base. With a 15+ point captain you can have fun in it, people often don’t know what it’s capable of.

45:55 That IS a rare case of Historical Accuracy, Eugen had 10 to 30mm added to plating and Bulkheads. Kinda like Molotov vs Kirov where Molotov got +20mm belt, which is historically what those ships were built like.

Bama brings more than a Torp belt. Good old Bama brings the NC guns (Almost the same sigma) and a tough armour. It was my T8 Bayern. Bama was a very reliable and versatile ship, working well at long distances, medium distances and short distances. Bama was the ship that filled the gap left open by two ships at the same time (NC and Massa). I never relied on the torp belt, but i relied on the main guns and manoeuvrability . There you go, one more thing you could say about Bama. Just saying...

My top 3 rank: 1. Kagero, 2. Baltimore, 3. Akizuki. Don't know why, but with Kagero I have highest win rate. 76% in random and this season ranked 100% (but only 3 of 3). It has 5.4km conc and in gun fight I try turn perfect back = small siluet and 2/3 of guns. This ship is king of scouting :)

Kii is easily 'S' tier in T8 ranked. I use it with a hybrid secondary build which means that I have two Akizukis strapped on its sides with insane fire rate. I destroy the Massa 8 times out of 10 - even without my 10 km torps. I have several ranked krakens with the Kii. Strong main guns, insane secondaries, torps and usable AA.

Flandre has 50mm side armor plating while Alsace has 32. Flandre 1 less tier has better armor then tier9 Alsace or the tier10 Bourgogne. Btw if we talk about secondary power Brandenburg has the most number of secondaries of any tier8 German battleship, 16 guns: 10 105mm, 6 150mm per side.

this is basically a subjective tierlist that describes ships that fit Flamu's playstyle - more or less - nothing more

Exactly. Flamu plays to do damage, not win games. Doing damage CORRELATES to winning games, but it is not the same thing. This becomes painfully clear with DDs. Everyone has had those games where the DD on your flank is either blissfully smoked up or just completely leaves you to go to their favorite camping spot. Leaving the enemy DD completely uncountered right off the bat and doing basically no spotting for you. When you play to win games, the Harekaze goes to S-tier and the Ballsack... I mean Crossack... goes to B-tier at best. (It's not as bad as when it was first released, but it's not a DD I give a second look unless I have a ship-specific bonus to get by playing it.) A bad game in my Lightning is often more enjoyable than most decent games in the Crossack IMHO. How Flamu plays isn't "wrong", but it is sometimes counterproductive to actually winning. Especially in a DD and ESPECIALLY if you don't have Flamu's level of skill.

May I ask what makes the Baltimore better at pushing in and nose tanking than the Tallinn? Baltimore has no icebreaker and is plated in 27 when all BBs have 16 inch shells, compared to at least Tallinn has an icebreaker. I'm not saying Baltimore doesn't do it well I'm just wondering why Tallinn isn't at least considered equal. I'm actually asking not just complaining, also yes I saw the part where you said any A tier can be elevated to S if you have hands, to me Tallinn just requires less hands than Baltimore, maybe it's a playstyle thing.

Baltimore is way more maneuverable, has better concealment to sneak up close, has better reload and has two thirds of her firepower forward (instead of 50%). Tallinn has the icebreaker and the extremely short range torpedoes. Personally, I feel more comfortable pushing in when playing Baltimore.

Holy, i'm struggling so much with Zieten that it makes me question my life choices, team dies so fast for me to do anything then i'm forced to push as the last 2-3 standing and can do a bit, but just get obliterated. Vanguard gets the same dispersion as Warspite and Ohio btw. Its not much better than normal but it is a slight advantage. Too bad it has only 380s and 8 of them at t8 on top of the dogshit turret angles

I think the Kii's secondaries were really downplayed. I've had quite a few games were they either secured important kills at the last second or straight did more damage than my main battery, because japanese dispersion.

They're really good indeed. I run full secondary build with IFHE and I got some nice 74% WR in ranked. You know there's a red flag when Flamu says "What's this ship again?". Almost sure he's gonna forget about an important detail or talk out of his ass.

"You don't want to build for secondaries on Japanese battleships." Erm Flamu, this is the Kii's gimmick... With a full secondary build it does fantastic in ranked. Also you're downplaying Amagi's survivability. It's pretty good actually. Completely underestimating Harekaze II's strength, as usual. 5km hydro on a ship with 5.4km concealment is a fantastic utility. "But muh HE dpm." It's a torpedo boat. I like Shimanto and I think you're being too harsh but... it's a C tier maybe? Yeah I'm not gonna try to defend the ship too much there, they nerfed these too hard during development. :/

Borodino's guns are not bad. It might only have six, but they are still Russian 406's and hit really hard and are way more accurate the the Vladivostok plus they reload two seconds faster. Not quite as tanky, but still a fun ship.

Totally disagree Baltimore is S tier. For me its tier A at best. Dont like her guns - very slow shells. Armor is meh - any batleship do alot of damage no matter the angle just like to any other cruiser.

Ranked battles skip tier 7. It goes from tier 6 in Bronze directly into tier 8 at Silver. This is a Ranked Battles tier list. Other seasons have had tier 7, go back and look for a tier 7 tier list.
