Won't lie mate you saved my life literally. My back was a mess from a weak core. I was getting muscle spasms every night going to bed for 3 years. These 5 minute lower and upper ab strengthening give me some core strength back. I can now feel my core working again. Thanks bro you literally saved me.

Yes definitely, if you have a reasonably low body fat and do this for 7 days you should definitely see results. And certainly feel the difference. It’s a well put together sequence of exercises. Very effective!

​@user-up6un2pi5l you will build core strength, but you need lower fat percentage to see the results. And good protein diet and recovery. Do it 10 minutes every other day after workout

Been working out seriously for 12 weeks now, and I've seen amazing results, from a beer belly to seeing my abs partially, been hitting the gym 4 times a week and doing weighted abs workouts before each gym session. I say all of this to get it across that I've been some what fit not to mention, running a half Marathon, and running 6,7,8 and 10 miles shuffling weekly.. felt like I was untouchable when it came to abs workouts and I would pick random ones and just follow along without feeling that much challenged. But brother I commend you, I normally dont save other routines but I'm saving this one I completed it but my form wasn't firm right through so I'd say I competed but with high diff I'll work towards making it mid diff, thanks fam.

I totally love these exercises! Although I omit about 3, especially the Spiderman body destroyer. I am beginning to see results, slow but steady. I like the fact that there is nothing but action and no talk. I just follow along and catch a breath on the omitted ones, lol!

there is an toned down version of the spidermens: you can do the spidermans as an actual plank. So no push ups, just the leg and torso movement. When you feel more confident, you simply add the push ups one by one and do as many as you can and before failing stay in a plank postion.

I did this 3 sets before running and believe me it took my average time from 745 to 610 in running 10 kms

Thanks for this. I do a kettlebell workout (25 lbs, 30 swings *10) and needed something to go with it. This is it. Also thank you for leaving out the talking. A lot of content creators need to learn this. 10/10

I have to say a big THANK YOU to you and your dedication to these workout videos. My husband and I started a new way of life at the beginning of the year, and 5 to 6 days a week we work out with you on our abs and rotate through the other muscle groups. Your no-nonsense, no talking videos are perfect for us! I have a waist again. I have defined muscles again. My husband is looking smoking hot (well, more than usual he's pretty hot to start with). It can take weeks to see small results and months to see anything truly significant. Seeing something in days (or just 1 day) is unheard of and unprecedented. It's most likely in your head. But hey, keep on trucking!

Just wanted to say how much this video in particular and the upper abs workout has helped me. I suffered with flared rib very bad. Then I started doing your training every 2 days. Within 2 weeks I no longer had any flare of the rib at all!!! THANKYOU SO MUCH

Dude I know this works. I did a p90x routine back in the day. Haha yeah. That's how old I am. And I had crazy abs like u. I can't go crazy any more though. I'm 34. And work around injuries. Love the workout. I have what I call my five minute snack. I do a one minute high plank, a one minute forearm plank, an impossible one minute pushup, pushups for a minute, and finish with another high plank. But, I am going to start incorporating this workout. Thank you and have a great day.

Thank you! Yes, I love adding ab exercises to the end or beginning of my workouts. Switch it up from day to day - lower abs, upper abs, obliques, etc. that way you can work the entire core.

I'll try this out cause I need to get rid out my belly fat, Lower ABS can be hard for me to get but I hope this can also burn the fat on my lower abs

I feel ya. Lower ab fat is tough. These exercises definitely help to strengthen the core muscles. Combine that with a good diet and that’s a good combo 👌🏼

Ab workouts don’t make u burn fat they only streanthen ur abs and make them more toned so I suggest u do cardio workouts to burn fat or jump ropes to burn fat with these ab workouts

I like to do between 10-15 mins of abs each day along with exercises that get my heart rate up to burn additional calories. HIIT & TABATA workouts are great for this or you can incorporate some cardio via running, cycling, etc to get the best results. And don’t forget about diet. To see abs your body fat should be below 14%. A gold diet (meal plan) is the fastest and most effective way to get there.
