I strongly believe that consistency is the key 🔑 . I was 96 KGS. Lost 18 kilograms by taking 2 years. Now I am 78 KGS. Still trying for more. Weight loss is a slow process. As he said 5-6 KGS weight loss happened very soon. But later the process get slows down. But the important thing is to Continue in the journey continue the diet and workout and, make it a life style. Will get permanent results.
