Satoshi made me laugh ,”I need beer”…I’m going to try master the mochi with an and slice of sweet potato…I made steam sweet potato dango…I wish Hawaii had the yellow colored sweet potato…ever since the purple Okinawa sweet potato became popular no one plant the yellow potato…I miss that…to me the Okinawa one is too starchy. Those were all good snack attack…I certainly enjoyed this video. 🙏 thank you.

I totally understand Shinichi’s obsession with sweet potatoes.. I LOVE them too. Where I’m from, we also have street vendors selling them roasted on the side of the roads - But of course, Japan is truly admirable when it comes to creatively deliver the flavor in all kind of ways. I need more sweet potato snacks in my life 😭🍠 Definitely adding Kawagoe to my bucket list!!
