This has become a staple. I finally actually made it with the lobster mushrooms (dehydrated on Amazon). I cannot believe how these mushrooms taste like lobster...like is my mind playing tricks on me??? Yall this is so delicious! This time I also used spaghetti squash instead of pasta. So delicious 😋! I dont make it without you Tab, cause its my business!

We tried this recipe yesterday. We used the entire cartin of vegetable broth, added a tsp of garlic salt, and used fresh garlic cloves. We couldn't find the lobster mushrooms locally so we purchased 2 packs of dehydrated Chantelle mushrooms and 1 pack of dehydrated oyster mushrooms. After rehydrating the mushrooms they were already in pieces so we didn't have to chop them. It turned out very flavorful. I will be making this again. We even toppe dish some vegan parmesan cheese for an extra kick. Yummy! Thanks for sharing. Please continue to share more recipes.
