Can you use it as a strap cutter? Seems so. I need something like that to cut 2.5cm wide straps

This lace cutter is not ideal for cutting strap. I would recommend using the strip ease to cut leather straps. Here's the link: www.ivan.tw/products/craftplus-strip-ease

Good tutorial. 1/2" pretty big.. I rarely use something that wide.. how does the lace cutter do with 1/8"th inch lace??

@@Terry-n1i It's the same principle for 1/8". You only need to put blades in between all spacers :)
