TACK HAUL | LeMieux and more | Getting ready for spring
Come and join us whilst we go to GW titmus to get some horse food and also some new bits for the horses, spring is here and it was time to get some fly spray and fly masks before the sun and flies come out to play
Here I share my journey from a complete novice horse rider to now competing at horse of the year (HOYS) shows whilst being a completely self-taught equestrian.
I have failed so many times over the years but always learnt something from it, I hope that my KZbin channel will be able to help teach you all the little bits that nobody seems to share and help progress you on your riding journey quicker than I did on mine.

I compete my 4 Welsh section D cobs regularly in both in hand and ridden showing, from local level shows, affiliated, WPCS, RIHS, to HOYS qualifiers,
Willow - 11yr old Welsh section D - Sooty palomino
Gambler - 9yr old Welsh section D - Black roan
Champ - 7yr old Welsh section D - Buckskin
Donut - 2yr old Welsh section D - Chestnut roan
I am a completely self-taught horse rider who has a big dream to compete at HOYS, why not follow my journey to see if we can make it,

I've been to titmuss a few times I used to live local and my husband still works at welwyn garden city, so still pop in now and then, love a good tack haul and can easily get carried away at somewhere like that 😂 them gloves look really comfy, look similar to the roeckl ones I have, and willow will look so smart in that new bridle 🌟 x

I love titmus, dangerous for the bank balance as they do have a nice selection of stuff to buy 😂 My old show gloves were Roeckl, lovely comfy gloves but these Lemieux ones felt a bit thinner so going to give them a try this time I rode willow in the bridle today 🥰 he looks so smart and fits him really well xx

Far to much selection to choose from these days 😂 I think Steve prefers the old days when there wasn’t much to buy and it all came in like 2 colours 😂 better for the bank balance 🤣 x

I love continental reins! They are all I ever use! I like that fly spray too...but the mane & tail I find it all so expensive. I make my own fly spray & even main & tail spray...I won't pay those prices in tack shops. Otherwise the stuff you bought was lovely ( I was a bit surprised 😂 because it all looked expensive!) But it's fab to treat ourselves/horses😊

The mane and tail is good stuff but it has to be used sparingly 😂 as it’s so expensive haha The only downside to that shop I find is they don’t have a big selection of bridles so sadly I didn’t have much choice 😂 The gloves were very expensive for what they are but I find the cheaper ones wear through so quickly x

Tack shopping is so dangerous 🙈 ive just downloaded equipt (horse equivalent of vinted) and within five minutes id brought a new saddle pad😂😂
