You are a master at welding and coming up with the little shapes for the curves and corners. Always wonder what the best way to do that stuff would be like and know i've learned. Keep up the good work brother.

Nice work as always man. Keep it up. I’ve seen a roof video on a channel called “street bandito” he does a lot of carbon fiber work and has a video where he removes the stock roof skin and replaces it with a carbon fiber one. Not an exact DIY for you but may shed some light on the process. Excited to see you tackle that one too 💪🏼

I have not seen a roof skin replacement sorry. I know that street bandito replaced his with Carbon. Good work on the rust repair and panel creation. Totally understand the feeling of these things take longer than one would expect

Is there any world where an access panel to your fuel pumps would be useful? I don't know what those cars use, but if you could prevent having to drop a fuel tank to get to intank pumps or sending units, I'd do it.
@BLOKgarage2 ай бұрын
Actually there already is an access panel for it!

What camera and software do you use? Seeing your series makes me want to document everything I’m going to be doing to my 240z and I’m definitely going to be using all the information from your videos. I plan on swapping my 240 with a 1UZ

You definitely should! I figured even if I never got any subscribers here on YT at least I'd have all this footage to look back on. I started out recording with just my phone (Galaxy S21+) and now I use a GoPro 11. Davinci Resolve for editing, which I highly recommend. The free version is way more powerful than most people will use.

@user-iy3sq7wx3z ok I think that might be what I've been calling a mini belt sander. I do have one actually, I picked up one from Harbor Freight since I wasn't sure how often I'd use it and it is extremely useful.

I disagree, you had a plan and you continued down that path. A plan is only as good as the information that you have and as you acquired more information, the plan adjusted . You never would have known that information until you started down the path you did.
