I think if your going to season it like this smoking the meat works best so seasoning doesn’t char or burn… even chicken or pork….

@@DanOsSeasoning Sounds crazy but taco seasoning on some eggs and potatoes, flavor diced potatoes with seasoning mix in some eggs, scramble, add cheeses makes great breakfast burritos, even on beans, good tasting bean burritos…

I actually hit mine with some avocado and then seasoned it up and cooked it, as it cooked I hit it with some fresh lime. Let the meat set 10 min then cut dat-son-bish open and damn good meat!

I love how he says how much he can use. Dude those bottle are like 6 bucks. No wonder there’s no salt in there. Hence why you need to use half a bottle on a single steak.
