Their case looks SO much more comfortable than the Seestern. I'd still have to buy them both and do a mashup to get the perfect watch, and that's the only thing holding me back from purchasing either. I also dont know why they didn't go for uniformity amongst their dials. They should have changed all the colors to the new layout on the silver. Honestly, these Chinese companies need to hire watch geeks like us. It would really cut down on the amount of new versions they put out, and the extra work they have to do because of it! Great review buddy!

I bought the Yellow version of this watch, rounded bracelet and sharp parts up, and this watch is one of favorites! It’s amazingly comfortable to wear, and it’s similar to the Doxa Sub 300c version with the curved sapphire crystal, and the flatter rice beads. Dial looks awesome, especially with the applied indices. This one gets more wrist time than my Seestern sub 300t with the flat crystal, painted indices, and thicker case. Great review!

Great Review,I just ordered the Orange one,but it showed the frog at 12 like you did during the colorways part.Either way if fine though,I’m also a fan of leather straps on divers,I’m not diving so it’s ok.And it does give a nice vintage vibe!!👍🏻🍀👍🏻🍀

woo hoo! I try my best to bring new or newer releases to youtube...I know we are a "gotta have it now" culture, and pulling the trigger on these things sight unseen is sometimes very risky. Regarding accuracy mine was -8 secs per day for the first few months but I regulated it myself and got it at -2 per day. Was pretty difficult to get it close to “0” or close on the + side. I prefer the frog over the Seestern because the frog is 10 g lighter and it doesn’t seem top-heavy

the seestern is probably a nicer watch, but I agree. the seestern case seems really chunky and heavy and with little to no down-turn on the lugs, it just looks weird.

I just received this watch from Watchdives and they sent me a V2 even though they showed V3 in their photo. Plus the black dot on the inner bezel is slightly to the left of centre and does not line up with the lume pip or the 12 oclock index. I am kinda pissed right now. They claim they say number bezel in the description but they showed a V3 in the picture and said that they had no V3 left in stock!

I have a san martin all black with that style of case. It is very comfortable and feels lighter than my addies Willard. I understand what you mean about how they weight. Can't feel the anything, it hugs. I'm glad your back. Yeah Gary is awsome.

If you had to choose between the Sub300T vs Sub600T designs, which do you think is nicer on wrist?

300T is more comfortable and hugs the wrist better....at least on this case. The Seestern 300 is pretty flat. The 600T case is very flat, and short. Still like wearing it because it's so "unique" (and orange) but the TF 300T in orange would be my pick.

@@EscapeWheel Yeah, I was thinking maybe the Orange 300T in the Tactical Frog version too. I'd probably cheap out and get the Pagani one, but I prefer watches with a Date function, and think the Tactical Frog is slightly better than the Seestern. I prefer that the Tactical Frog has the dome crystal, thinner case, applied markers and the high polish bezel grip, think its just overall slightly better.

From the seesterns I have seen, I would say yes. But I definitely prefer this case shape over the Seestern. The Seestern will wear flatter on wrist.

I have to disagree. The quality is on par with the Seestern. I own both, and honestly, I prefer the Tactical frog over the Seestern. The Seestern is a direct homage of the Doxa 300t, so the indices are painted on, flat sapphire crystal, and thicker case, though I seen that Seestern now make the 300t in a thinner case. The Seestern has a true rice bead band with each individual articulation beads, while the Tactical has a somewhat linked rice bead band, but it still feels great, and flexes just as nice as the Seestern. Both have female end links. The dial has applied indices on the tactical frog, and looks nice, bold, and much more expensive. The bezel action is most definitely one the best I have ever felt, and experienced out of all of my watches, and definitely much more solid than the Seestern. The Seestern bezel is nice, but too light.
